I’ve just picked up a guitar again, after a long time not playing.
i’ve looked at a lot of tutors on here.
But i have to say, in my opinion this guy
the guitar sage is the best i’ve seen.
i’ve just discovered the sage tonite, but i’m absolutely sure when i watch these lessons i’ll soon be playing all them tunes.

just practice the …
just practice the song once you develop the motions of the chords and the rhythm, it then becomes automatic and you will be able to sing along without having to focus on the playing..
try to sing along as you learn but work and concentrate on learning the song (this goes for any song you learn) I have been playing guitar since I was around 6 years old. (38 now) and any new song always seems awkward to sing along to at first.. but that problem goes away as you perfect the playing..

I’m a lead vocalist …
I’m a lead vocalist in a band and I’m trying to learn some rhythm guitar. Our lead guitarist told me to just focus on the guitar part while we’re doing the song. He said, “You already know the vocals so just think about the guitar part. I have to do the opposite when I sing back up vocals.” It has helped me tremendously. Use that, and the only other thing I can say is just practice, practice, practice! I hope this helps.
