I will be playing rock music. right now I have an acoustic guitar but plan on getting an electric. can i learn with rock house learn rock guitAR or do I need rock house learn rock acoustic guitar? and evenually I will be getting some metal guitar lessons sa while after I get my electric guitar.
If you want to learn to play rock or metal, learn the blues. Go back and read about the big name guitarist, many of them started as blues-men. Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, The Beatles, Stones, Pink Floyd, all admired blues men. Rock is derived from the blues. Learn it first.

Will my rock guitar lessons that I took gonna help me a little or quite a lot learning finger-style acoustic guitar?
Yes, not with your picking/plucking hand, but with your fretting hand. You’ll have the advantage of having a faster fretting hand, which is always a plus. Finger picking is a style in it self, even so, any other styles you have learned to play will contribute to your skills and help you progress more rapidly when you learn a new style.
